Who can come to Vacation Care at EBASCC?

Any child in Kindergarten to Year 6 from any school. Enrolment is based on a first come, first served basis. Please enrol early as spaces fill quickly.

How do I pay for Vacation Care?

Vacation care fees are calculated, deducting any Child Care Subsidy (CCS) that you receive. Fees are expected in full at booking. Any before or after school care fees that are due from the school term are included in your invoice. EBASCC accepts EFTPOS, credit card or direct internet transfer. EBASCC does not accept cash.

Can I receive Child Care Subsidy (CCS) for utilising EBASCC Vacation care?

Yes. You need to contact Centrelink to set up your Child Care Subsidy (CCS) and provide your CRN to during the enrolment at myFamily Lounge. The credit you receive from CCS will be automatically deducted from your invoice.

How come I do not receive any CCS?

If your child only attends vacation care and has not attended EBASCC within 8 weeks your CSS will be ceased. To reapply for CSS, log in through myGov and accept the enrolment from EBASCC again.

Until it is approved, full payment is required to book in for Vacation care. Should there be a credit after Vacation Care has finished, we can refund you or keep it as a credit for next Vacation Care.

Please note it could take a several weeks for the CCS to be approved.

What is the price of Vacation Care?

Please refer to our latest Vacation Care enrolment form, as the prices differ depending on the activities on that day.
